coastal foothills.
Impacts: strong cross winds will make driving difficult...
especially for motorists with high profile vehicles. Watch for
downed trees and power lines.

Warning Message:The red flag warning is now in effect until noon PST Sunday. 
* Winds...northeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
* Relative humidity...lowest daytime around 5 percent...with poor
  overnight recovery.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
